Lily and I were classmates at Gouldtown School and Cumberland Regional High School, Class of 1980.
From our first meeting, I could tell Lily had a special spiritual connection with the Lord.
Although Lily always seemed more mature (at the time) than the rest of us, my heart was always lifted each time Lily allowed herself a good laugh. Hers was a contagious giggle.
I never realized our most recent reunion, at Gateway CAP, would be our last on this earth.
My spirit reaches out to embrace Lily's parents, daughters and siblings, during this difficult time. I assure you we will reconnect with Lily in the New Jerusalem someday.
