I volunteered with JoAnn at the charter. She was a selfless woman, always dedicated to her family. She would always greet you like you were old, close friends, even if you hadn’t known her long. She was a sweet, warm person, and I am so sad to hear of her passing. My thoughts are with her family at this time.
