Christine "Pat" Ridgway, 70 of Fairton, died early Monday morning January 14, 2008 in South Jersey Extended Care, Bridgeton, where she had been a patient for three days. She had been in declining health for the last two weeks. Read Obituary
To my family,
I was very sad and disappointed to hear of Aunt Pat's passing. I was looking forward to spending time with her this spring when I came to visit. The fondest memory I have of Aunt Pat is the early mornings when she would come and pick me up for school. I remember that beautiful smile. She is missed deeply. I will keep you guys in my prayers. Mrs. Ridgway was a very special person to my family. She was my daughter's first bus driver when she entered pre-school at age four. That was 18 years ago! Christine cared about the kids and was very concerned about them. Katelyn loved her. Just a few weeks ago, I ran into Christine while shopping. She recognized me immediately and asked about my daughter, who is now a college graduate working in Washington DC. It amazed me that she remembered us. She was a wonderful lady who was very special to us. So sorry for your loss.
