Betsi Jane Salter passed in peace at the age of 83 on Monday, December 13. She is survived by her 2 daughters, Debra (James) and Dona (Richard), son Thomas (Melissa) and step-son Michael (Krista). Betsi lovingly raised her family Read Obituary
I've know Betsi for years and worked with her on many occasions within our Women's Guild and through Christian Women's. We had many good times together, especially the time I took her to an Elvis Impersonator show,. doubt if she had ever attended such an event but it was held in a local church so we were safe to enjoy the unusual show. Lots of memories of her through the years. I send most sincere sympathy to all her family, whom I've never met. Nancy Camise
I only recently met Betsi when I was able to help her during a health related issue. She was welcoming, good spirited, and very interested in issues, people, and events. So sorry to hear that she is no longer with us.

Dear Family of Betsi Salter,
During these last months of her life, Betsi sent me two cards which contained personal notes that spoke precisely to where I was at that time. Knowing her daily struggles with multiple health issues, I was surprised that she seemed to sense what was going on in my own life and ministry, and was able to speak to it in an encouraging way. That focus on the other characterized much of her life and service, and will be remembered by many. Peace to her spirit.
