Billy was by far the funniest and best story teller I have ever met. He was a really true friend. I worked with Billy the entire time at the FAA fire department. I was deeply saddened by hearing today of his passing. The world has lost a great man. I shall miss you my friend. John Linney
I was sorry to hear of Billy's passing.Worked with him for many years at the FAA Fire Dept. at Atlantic City Airport. He was always very neat, professional & an exceptional firefighter, and friend.
To Billy's wife and family, it was a privilege to know Billy, and be called a friend, but more so it was a profound honor.
In my thought's and prayers,

I am so sorry to here the loss of Mr. Billy Gould My condolence to you and the family he was a great man and the best dress man I new always looking like a million dollars he will truly be miss. Love you Sarah Pierce
Thanks, Bill, for all of the work you did for Gateway(Tri County) Head Start. It never felt like you were working too hard because you always had a joke and a smile for everyone! That kind of attitude went a long way to save a spot in everyone's heart for you. Peace!
Bill was such an awesome neighbor. He would call us "his girls" next door. I Felt like I had our very own body guard that no one would mess with in the TRI STATE area:) I will really miss his 4th of July party jokes, sitting there after everyone else left and laughing and laughing. If we needed a ladder, lawn mower or whatever, Bill was very willing to let us borrow it. I remember one day, Jess needed to cut down limbs over the house roof and borrowed his ladder. Before I knew it, he was climbing up that ladder too to check it out! ( He wasn't supposed to be doing that) LOL. He will really be missed.
Condolences to the Gould family and friends love and healing Mr.Billy we call him Dearly going to be missed Love from Lindy Durham and family
