Victoria C. Harmon's Obituary
Victoria C. Harmon aged 66 years of Fairfield Twp. passed away suddenly and unexpected on Thursday evening April 5, 2018 in Inspira Medical Center, Vineland. Born in Fairfield Twp. on August 15, 1951, she was the daughter of the late Morris and Anna Margaret (nee Miller) Pierce, and the wife of Aaron L. Harmon.
Victoria had been an area resident all of her life and was formerly employed for many years in housekeeping for the former Newcomb Hospital, she also had worked in the same capacity for Tri County, Seabrook House, Tropicana Casino, and the former Thebers Sewing factory in Bridgeton. She enjoyed sewing, baking for family and friends, and spoiling her grandchildren. She was a long time member of United Fellowship Church in Vineland. She leaves to cherish her memory, her husband of 47 years, Aaron L. Harmon, her loving children: Donna Burke and husband Stanley of Vineland, Thomas L. Harmon Sr. and his wife Cheryl of Gouldtown, brothers and sisters Geraldine Durham , Richard Pierce, Ellis Pierce (Pat), Pearl Brown (Roney), Betty Sheppard, Herbert Pierce (Sheila), Donald Pierce (Mellisa), Delilah Warner (Lee), Jane Pierce, Janet Stevenson (Jonathon), Ricky Pierce, Viola Pierce, sister in laws, Beverly Pierce and Lisa Pierce, her six grandchildren: Cha’Nae Harmon Watson, Candice Coney, Ashley Walters, Thomas Harmon Jr., Stanley Burke Jr., Jasmine Burke, five great grandchildren: Camren Harmon, Tiera Harmon, Jadah Taylor, Keenen Walters, Kierra Walters, and many many cousins, nieces, nephews and other relatives. She was predeceased besides her parents, by a daughter, Victoria C. Harmon, brothers: Morris “Buster” Pierce, Benjamin Pierce, Sisters Mary Elizabeth Pierce, Sarah Pierce, Arlene Pierce, and Leona Pierce. Family and friends are invited to attend funeral services on Saturday April 14, 2018 at 11:00a.m. from the SRAY-WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME 62 Landis Ave. at Carll’s Corner, Upper Deerfield Twp. Cremation and inurnment will take place in the Camden County Crematory, Waterford Twp. A viewing will be held 1 hour prior to the services.
