Turpin family,
We cannot begin to find the words that can express our deepest sympathy in the loss of your son. We have fond memories of watching Tyler swim his four years at St. Augustine, two with Zach and two with Shane. Also sitting in the stands with you guys and when Bill was in a wheelchair, sharing space with his grandfather who was also in a wheelchair. We remember him as a very caring and fine boy. May family and friends help you through this extremely difficult times. May God be with you.
With our sympathy and prayers,
Carol and Bill Elenbark (the Washart boys' grandparents)

Tom, Anna May and my prayers are directed to you and the family during this difficult time. I remember when you and your family arrived on St John as part of your trip at Cinnamon Bay and we happened to be there as well. There’s nothing I can say except we’re thinking of you and your family.

We are so heart-broken to hear of Tyler's passing. My son Ryan, and his friends Matthew and Tommy had the pleasure of meeting and playing baseball with Tyler for MSI and he was not only a very talented ball player, but he was a great teammate. He always had a smile on his face and was a great young man. The Graham, Christopher and Eliason families all send our love and prayers to all of you at this most difficult time.
Sorry for your loss. Gary Denby
