Stephen Coward's Obituary
Stephen Coward, 63, of Fairfield Township passed Monday May 26, 2025 at home surrounded by loving family after battling a period of declining health. Stephen was born April 22, 1962 to the late John L Coward Jr. and Charlotte (Mosley) Coward in Bridgeton, NJ and would go on to become a lifelong resident of Fairfield Township.
Stephen worked for over thirty years as an industrial machinery mechanic for Vineland Packaging. Outside of work, he loved the great outdoors, whether that be fishing, hunting, camping, or riding motorcycle. He especially loved spending time at Sea Breeze along the shoreline of the Delaware Bay. But most of all he enjoyed spending time with his loving companion Linda along with his siblings, children, grandchildren, and trusted companion Bella. He was a gifted storyteller and his tales will be greatly missed amongst family.
Stephen is survived by his spouse Linda Hutchinson, children David, Brad, Courtney, Lisa, and Tammy, siblings John A. Coward Sr., Walter Kenneth Coward, and Barbara L. Wright, amongst a host of additional grandchildren and extended family.
He was predeceased by his late parents John L. and Charlotte (Mosley) Coward
