To the Munson family,
It is with great sadness that I learned that Sam had passed away. The last time I saw him was when he and his father were at the oncologist, when I was going through my own cancer treatment two years ago. At that time Sam told me about his cancer issues. I am sure he put up a brave fight. When Sam was in college, he chauffered me and two other fellows from the area. I am glad that he had a very successful teaching career. I know that I will surely miss him. My deepest sympathy goes out to all of you.

My condolences to the Munson Family in this time of your great loss. I will always remember Mr. Munson, he was one of my elementary school teachers. To this day it is his smile and good nature that stays with me after all these years. Mr. Munson really knew how to balance authority and warmth.
