Rudolph Badger's Obituary
Rudolph Badger, 71 of Cedarville, passed away early Monday morning in Inspira Medical Center Vineland. He had been in declining health for the past few years. Born in Bridgeton, he was the son of the late Melvin E. Sr. and Georganna Lee Badger. He had been an area resident for most of his life and had previously lived in North Jersey.
Rudolph worked for 10 years for Revlon Cosmetics in Edison, NJ and later drove Truck until his retirement. He was a long time member of New Hope Baptist Church in Cedarville under the leadership of former pastor Rev. James Goolsby and the new pastor Rev. Jerry Fields Jr. He loved riding motorcycles and spending time with his large family.
Surviving him are his children; Yolanda Williams and her husband Shawn of Delaware, Harris H. Badger and Cagney of New Jersey, his siblings Mardran (Robert) Hawkins, Shelly (Robert) Mobley, Sally (Willie) Bryant, Christine (Dolton) Badger-Burno, William "Cuda" Badger, his five grandchildren, Noah D. Williams, Madison L. Williams, Egypt N. Badger, Harmony U. Badger, and Heaven R. Badger. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by six brothers and one sister: Melvin Badger Jr., Jack Badger, Calvin Badger, Clinton Badger, Julius Badger, and Piccola Badger, Georgia Mae Badger- Harris.
Family and friends are invited to attend funeral services on Saturday September 24, 2022 at 12:00pm from the Union Baptist Temple Church 29 Martin Luther King Jr. Way 24 South Pine Street Bridgeton, NJ 08302/ A viewing will be held from 10:00am till 12:00 at the church prior to the services. Internment will take place privately and at the convenience of the family.
