I knew Ray (Mimi) through her daughter Dede and her son John. She was truly a special person and loved her children and grandchildren unconditionally. I remember she always had something yummy cooking on the stove and I still have dried basil in a mason jar from years ago that she gave me. I ran into Ray one day at Mains meat market in 2020 and I knew it was her when I heard her soft sweet unmistakable voice. I remember hugging her after not seeing her in 26 years and was astounded at how frail she was. My greatest tribute to Ray was that when I was blessed with my first grandson I adopted the name MiMi after Ray and now all 5 of my grandchildren call me MiMi. I would be at the tribute to her life but I now live in Myrtle Beach South Carolina…so…Rest in peace sweet Ray in our Saviors arms…til we meet again ❤️
