Priscilla Gross' Obituary
Priscilla Gross ?Muggy? 64, of Fairfield Twsp., died Wednesday morning, December 28, 2005 in South Jersey Regional Medical Center, Vineland. She had been in failing health for the past several months.
Born in Bridgeton, she was the daughter of the late Lewis B. and Anna Marie nee Johnson King, and the wife of Harold Gross Sr. Mrs. Gross was a graduate of Cumberland County College and was employed as a teacher with Tri-County Community Action for the past 35 years. She also worked with the Cumberland County Board of Elections. A member of Shabak of Christ Church in Millville, Priscilla loved her church and her grandchildren.
Surviving besides her husband are four sons, Harold Gross Jr. of Fairfield Twsp., Wade Gross, of Bridgeton, Ian Gross of Fairfield Twsp. and Lewis Gross , of Bridgeton, two daughters Crystal Gould, of Bridgeton and Vehodice Gross, of Fairfield Twsp. , two brothers Robert, and Jay B. King both of Fairfield Twsp., three sisters Patricia Pierce, of Fairfield Twsp., Shirla Lewis, of Philadelphia, and Betsy Brown of Bridgeton. Sixteen grandchildren and four great grandchildren.
Besides her mother and father she was predeceased by a son Jeffrey Gross, two brothers Wayne and Byron King and three sisters Joan Dixon, Jean Flemmings, and Lorene Denby.
Family and friends are invited to attend funeral services on Monday January 2, 2006 from the Glory Tabernacle Church, 1018 Buckshutem Rd. Bridgeton, NJ at 12:00 p.m.. Mrs. Gross?s pastor, Apostle Anthony Young, from Shabak of Christ Church will be conducting funeral services. The interment will be in Fordville Memorial Park, Fairfield Twsp.
Friends may call on Monday morning from 10:00 to 12:00 p.m. at the church prior to the services. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Sray-Webster Funeral Home , 62 Landis Ave. at Carll?s Corner, Upper Deerfield Twsp.
