Nathaniel H. Davis' Obituary
Nathaniel H. Davis of Bridgeton, passed away Saturday afternoon September 18, 2021 in Inspira Medical Center, Vineland. He was 93 years old. Born in West Virginia, he was the husband of the late Bernice M. Davis. He had been a resident of this area for the past 70 years.
Nathaniel worked for PJ Ritter Company in Bridgeton as a Cook making Ketchup for many years until their closing in 1976. He then worked until retirement for B+B Poultry in Vineland. For the past 15 years he had been a resident of South Jersey Extended Care in Bridgeton. He enjoyed fishing and watching television.
He is survived by his son Henry Davis and his wife Chom of Bridgeton, daughter's, Delores Throp of Florida and Brenda Kinzer, seven grandchildren, and several great grands. He was predeceased besides his wife Bernice by four daughters Henrietta Davis, Trudy Ann Davis, Bernice Rankin, and Mary Ida Davis.
Family and friends are invited to attend a viewing Saturday September 25, 2021 from 10:00am till Noon from the SRAY-WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME, 62 Landis Ave. at Carll’s Corner, Upper Deerfield Twp. Mr. Davis wishes were not have a funeral service following the viewing. Burial of his cremated remains will take place privately in Gouldtown Memorial Park, Fairfield Twp..
