Melvin L. Jones' Obituary
Melvin L. Jones, 49, of Fairfield Twp., passed away January 4, 2021 after a lengthy illness in Inspira Medical Center, Vineland. Born in Bridgeton, he was the son of the late Thomas G. and Judith A. Gould Jones. He had been an area resident all of his life.
Melvin worked for 26 years as a machine operator with Vineland Packaging Company. He enjoyed tinkering with cars and playing video games. He was a proud member of the Nanticoke Lenni Lenape Tribe of Bridgeton.
He is survived by his son Daniel, a brother, Thomas Jones, several aunts, uncles, and cousins, and extended family and friends. At the the family's request, there will be no funeral services.
