Louise A Haaf's Obituary
Louise A Haff 97 of Wildwood, NJ and formerly of Bridgeton passed away peacefully Saturday morning June 28, 2025 at her residence. Louise was born September 17, 1928 in Bridgeton,NJ to the late John and Helen (Titon) Earnest and was the wife of the late J.George Haaf who passed in 1996. They were liflelong Bridgeton residents.
Louise was very active and worked for 46 years for the JA Mariano Insurance Agency as a Secretary retiring when she was 90 years old. She was a member of the Parish of the Holy Cross Immaculate Conception Church in Bridgeton, and when her children were in school she was very active in PTA, and the Girl Scouts helping with all sorts of events. She was an avid reader, and she and her late husband enjoyed camping at 4 Seasons Campground. She was a loving wife , wonderful mother, she extremely loved her grandchildren and watching them mature and grow into young adults.
She is survived by her daughter Karen Peterson of Wildwood, three grandchildren JeffreyMiletta, Christian J. Peterson IV , Joshua Peterson, her three great grandchildren Tessa Fitzpatrick, Ronan Fitzpatrick, and Nico Miletta. Besides her parents and husband George, she was predeceased by her son Dennis G Haaf in 2016, a granddaughter Macee Miletta in 2019, and her siblings John Earnest, and Kathrin Earnest Penfield, and a host of nieces and nephews.
A graveside funeral service will be announced later this month in St. Mary's Cemetery Bridgeton where her cremains will be laid to rest next to her husband.
