Lawrence "Buddy" Cuff's Obituary
Lawrence "Buddy " Cuff of Bridgeton passed on Thursday December 26, 2024 in Cooper Medical Center , Camden. He was 94 years old and was an area resident all of his life. Born in Salem March 3, 1930 he was the son of the late Nelson Jr. and Dorothy (Dunn) Cuff.
Buddy served in the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged in 1959. He was formerly employed with Mannington Mills and later with the Chrysler Corporation in Delaware until his retirement. He enjoyed telling stories of his time spent in the military, and loved horses and watching cowboy westerns. In his younger years he enjoyed riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle and attending antique car shows. He loved watching football and enjoyed time spent fishing. Buddy always looked forward to spending time with his family at gatherings and BBQ's.
He is survived by his sister Norissa Pierce and her husband Robert of Fairton, his companion Lucy Bard of Bridgeton and many nieces and nephews. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brothers, Merris Cuff and Leslie Cuff, his six sisters, Virginia Valentine, Betty Wright, Hazel Gould, Eleanor Cuff, Doris Mae Street, and Joyce Hopson.
Familyand friends are invited to attend funeral services on Saturday January 4, 2024 at 12:30 pm from the funeral home. A visitation will be held from 11:00 till 12:30 prior to the services.
