Johnie C. Morris' Obituary
Johnie Carl Morris John went to sleep in the arms of the Lord on Sunday March 13, 2011 after a long illness. Born in Bridgeton, he was the son of Darlene C. Morris, and the late Johnnie H. Morris.
Johnie Carl, as he was affectionately called by his family and friends, attended the Myron Powell grade school in Cedarville and was a graduate of the Bridgeton High School class of 1977. He had worked at Clement Pappas in Seabrook, NJ where he was a forklift operator. He enjoyed visiting all of the flea markets in the tri state area, and his love of listening to music led him to his hobby of being a DJ, which he enjoyed over the years. Johnie Carl leaves to cherish his memories, two children Jonathon J. Morris, and Monica S. Morris Nelson Antoine, seven grandchildren, his mother Darlene C. Morris of Pittsgrove Twp., one sister Mildred Tillman William of Pittsgrove Twp., and two brothers Michael Morris of Pittsgrove Twp., and Robert Morris of Meriden Connecticut, and a host of cousins, nieces , nephews and other relatives and friends. Johnie was predeceased by his father Johnnie Henry Morris, and a sister Jonita Morris- Roman.
