Jeremy Jon Loatman's Obituary
It is with great sadness we announce that Jeremy Jon Loatman passed away unexpectedly at the age of 43 on April 19, 2024. Born to the late Leon (Snooky) Loatman and Norma Loatman on February 21, 1981 in Bridgeton, NJ, he was a longtime resident of Pittgrove, NJ; but resided in Vermillion, Ohio for the last two years while employed under Tyson Foods.
Jeremy is survived by his mother (Norma), his children Felicia and Jeremy Loatman Jr., his older brother Eric Loatman (Nicki) and his twin brother Jason Loatman (Brandy), his grandmothers Sigrid Loatman and Doris Heck, and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Jeremy was also a proud member of the local Nanticoke Lenni- Lenape tribe and known to many by his tribal name Tall Pine. He was a fun loving person who greatly enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. Many would describe him as a very caring person with a big heart whom would not hesitate to help anyone in need.
He enjoyed watching and playing all sports, but had a particular affection for the now Las Vegas Raiders NFL team. He never turned down the chance to play a pickup basketball game and was a beast on the court! A crowd favorite at gatherings, he managed to always be the life of the party constantly laughing and joking around. He will be greatly missed.
At the discretion of the family, services will be private and at a later date.
