Jeffrey Nathaniel Stevenson's Obituary
Jeffrey Nathaniel Stevenson , 33 of Millville died suddenly on Monday September 11, 2006 from an accidental drowning. He had been a resident of Millville for the past eight years and prior to had lived in Bridgeton.
Born July 30, 1973 he was the son of Alphonso Rahming Sr. and Mabel Stevenson McCloud. Jeffrey attended schools in the Bridgeton area and was a former Boy Scout. He was a member of Glory Tabernacle Church, and was formerly employed with T-FAL Company in Millville. He enjoyed fishing, basketball and football. He was especially fond of and held a great love for his grand pop Rahming who predeceased him.
Those surviving him and cherishing his memory are his mother Mabel Stevenson McCloud, of Bridgeton, his father Alphonso R. Rahming Sr. and his wife Linda of Bridgeton, one son Jeffrey Stevenson Jr. of Bridgeton, two daughters Jade Stevenson of Bridgeton, and Brianna Stevenson of Vineland, nine sisters Joan Hasty of Pleasantville, Lillian Allen and her husband Bishop Roma Allen , Geraldine Stevenson all of Glassboro, Rosette Lewis and her husband Douglas, Bonnie Stevenson all of Vineland, Shelia Stevenson of Millville, Darlene G. Hadley and her husband David, Yvette Hadley and her husband James all of Millville, and Tonia Hall and her husband Leston of Bridgeton, eight brothers Evrin Stevenson Jr. of Vineland, Stanley Stevenson of North Carolina, James Stevenson and his wife Carol, of Millville, Alphonso R. Rahming Jr. and his wife Theresa, Kabrin Rahming, Tyquwan Rahming , all of Bridgeton Clinton Suggs and his wife Melba of Glassboro and Michael Rahming of Tampa Florida, paternal grandmother Carrie B. Rahming of Bridgeton, and a host of nieces , nephews , cousins , aunts , uncles and friends. He was predeceased by his paternal grandfather Alonzo M. Rahming and maternal grand parents Claude and Lillian White.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday September 16, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. from the Union Baptist Church, Pine and Willow Sts. Bridgeton with the Rev. Albert Morgan officiating. The interment will be in Fordville Memorial Park, Fairfield Twsp.
Friends may call at the church on Saturday morning from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. prior to the services.
