Hulley Goodwin's Obituary
Hulley "Goody" Goodwin passed away after a short illness in South Jersey Healthcare Regional Medical Center, Vineland on Saturday September 24, 2011. He was 71 years old.
Born in Greenwich to the late Hulley and Nina nee Barnes Goodwin, and was the husband of Marilyn nee Cooper Goodwin. Hulley received his education through the Bridgeton School System and was formerly employed by National Freight and Greyhound Bus. He also taught at the Cumberland County Vo-Tech Center, and operated heavy machinery for many years. He enjoyed working on cars, and in his later years he enjoyed cruising in his Corvette. Hulley married Marilyn "Peaches" Cooper at the age of 25. Surviving him besides his wife are his four children Cheryl "Still" Goodwin, Tina Goodwin, June Coleman, and Kim Goodwin, twelve grandchildren and seven great grandchildren, one brother Andrew Goodwin, his three sisters Barbara Carpenter, Mable Bell, Rebecka Money and Eilene Goodwin. Besides his parents, he was predeceased by three sisters Nina Goodwin, Rosemary Thompson, Carolyn Goodwin, and his brother Norris Goodwin.
