Harriet Jones' Obituary
Harriet Jones, 94 of Fairfield Twsp. died early Tuesday morning at her residence, under the care of hospice. She had been in failing health for several years.
Born in Fairfield Twsp., she was the daughter of the late Joseph and Elizabeth nee Webster Lively, and the wife of the late George D. ?Cappy? Jones. She had been a resident of the Fairfield area her entire life.
Mrs. Jones was a housewife and in her younger years she enjoyed gardening with her late husband, crocheting, and spending time with her family.
Surviving to cherish her memory are one son George L. Jones and his wife Esther of Fairfield Twsp. four grandchildren, George R. Jones, Gary W. Jones, Cheryl Favacchia, and Cynthia Spivey, two great grandchildren, Nichole Durham, and Vincenzo Favacchia, and three great-great grandchildren Marques Brown, Diandre Durham, and Niyah Durham. She was predeceased by two brothers Walter Lively and Harry Lively, and three sisters Mary Lively Young, Louvinia Gould, and Eliza Lively.
Family and friends are invited to attend funeral services on Saturday January 20, 2007 at 12:00 p.m. from the SRAY-WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME, 62 Landis Ave. at Carll?s Corner, Upper Deerfield Twsp. The Rev. Louis Harmon, will officiate. The interment will be in Fordville Memorial Park, Fairfield Twsp.
A viewing will be held on Saturday morning from 11:00 to 12:00 p.m.
