Harold D. Nichols' Obituary
Harold D. Nichols, 64 of Bridgeton passed away under Hospice Care at his home with his family by his side.
Born in Bridgeton, he was the son of the late Charles E. and Christine (nee Walden) Nichols and the husband of Sheila Y. (nee Pierce) Nichols. He had been a lifelong resident.
Harold was employed with Pappas Inc. for 24 years as a forklift operator, until his recent retirement. Prior to, he was previously employed with the State of New Jersey Dept. of Transportation for seven years. Harold loved sports, especially football and was a die hard Dallas Cowboys fan, he also enjoyed catching up with current events and watching the World News. He especially loved spending time with his family and grandchildren.
Harold is survived by his wife of 43 years Sheila Y. Nichols, his three sons Victor Nichols and his wife Sharon of Bridgeton, Corey Nichols of Vineland, and Curtis Nichols of Millville, his brother Gerald Nichols of Pittsgrove Twp. two sisters Elder Brenda Wheatley and her husband Elder Andre Wheatley of East Orange, and Patricia Nichols of Bridgeton, his two grandchildren Victor Nichols Jr. and Victoria Nichols, and a host of various other relatives, nieces and nephews, and cousins.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend funeral services on Saturday at 12:00 p.m. from the SRAY-WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME, 62 Landis Ave. at Carll’s Corner, Upper Deerfield Twp. The interment will be in Fernwood Memorial Park, Hopewell Twp.
Friends may call on Saturday morning from 10:00 to 12:00 p.m. prior to the services at the funeral home
