Gladys Echevarria Hernandez's Obituary
Gladys Echevarria Hernandez, aged 62 years went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Saturday afternoon March 3, 2018 in Inspira Medical Center, Vineland after a lengthy battle with her health.
Born in Buena Twp. she was the daughter of the late Ismael Sr. and Dionisia (nee Cruz) Echevarria. She had been a lifelong resident of the Buena and Minotola areas.
Gladys had worked several jobs doing domestic work prior to her health failing her. She loved caring for and looking after her late mother Dionisia, which was a blessing to the family. She enjoyed playing the lottery and loved crossword puzzles and cooking for family and friends.
She is survived by her son Jose Santos, brothers and sisters Lucas “Noel” Echevarria, Henry Echevarria and wife Evelyn, Edwin Echevarria, Nancy Echevarria, Eunice Rivera and husband Pablo, Daisy Echevarria, Evelyn Perez, Nellie Echevarria, Miriam Echevarria, Sokuro “Sukie” Ruiz and husband Carlos, and several other nieces, nephews, and various relatives. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by a brother Ismael C. Echevarria Jr.
