Fred E. Pierce Sr.'s Obituary
Fred E. Pierce Sr., aged 65 years of Vineland, passed away suddenly on Wednesday June 11, 2014 in Inspira Health Center, Vineland. His passing was sudden and unexpected.
Born in Bridgeton, he was the son of the late Carlton B. and Dorothy (nee Ridgeway) Pierce, and the husband of Gloria (nee Lucas) Pierce.
Fred had grown up in the Bridgeton area and was a resident of Vineland for several years. He was formerly employed until his retirement with Austino’s Lift Trucks in Vineland as a truck driver. He was an avid motorcyclist and was a member of the Original Mother Chapter of the Wheels of Soul Motorcycle Club. He also was a talented artist and was self-taught in the art of Tattooing. He loved his family and hanging out with his many many friends.
He is survived by his wife Gloria, his sons, Fred E. Pierce Jr. and wife Kelly of Bridgeton, and Robert Petersen of Cedarville, a brother, Nash Ridgeway Sr., his step children, Madelyn Rosario of Vineland, Eric Rosario of Texas, Evelyn Rosario of Vineland, and Milagros Rosario, his grandchildren, Fred Pierce III, Kylie Pierce, Brendon Pierce, Jadon Pierce, Joshua Rosario, Brooklyn Rosario, Emiliano Rodriguez, Adrian Arbelo, Janisse Conrow, Christian Ocasio, and Cindy Ramirez.
He was predeceased besides his parents by his brothers, Carl “Gabby” Pierce Sr. and Baby Corky
Family and friends are invited to celebrate Fred’s Life on Saturday June 21, 2014 at 4:00 p.m. Friends may call from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. from the SRAY-WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME, 62 Landis Ave. Upper Deerfield Twp. Cremation and inurnment will take place in Camden County Crematory, Waterford Township. In lieu of Flowers the family suggests donations to offset funeral expenses be made to Gloria Pierce at 2250 Helen Ave. Vineland, NJ 08360
