Clarice was a lifelong member of the St.
John United Methodist Church. Clarice's love for the Lord led her to serve in various capacities, being most remembered as a gifted pianist and organist for many years. Her deep affection for her church family was evident and she held special places in her heart for all, including Mary Sanders, Ethel Morgan, and her prayer partner, Thelma Barnett.
In her free time, Clarice loved reading and studying the Bible, doing find-a-words, listening to and singing hymns, video-calling her family, keeping in touch with friends, and watching World News with David Muir. She was a proud member of the Nanticoke Lenni Lenape Tribe.
On the evening of January 3, 2024, Clarice peacefully transitioned, surrounded by the warmth of her family and under the pastoral guidance of Reverend Douglas Goldsboro and his wife.
