Douglas McGregor Blake Cooper's Obituary
Douglas McGregor Blake Cooper, 60 of Seabrook, NJ died early Sunday morning September 7, 2008 in South Jersey Regional Medical Center, Vineland, where he had been a patient for the past two days.
Born in Bridgeton he was the son of the late Lafayette McGregor Blake and Della Phylyninia Agnes Anderson Johnson and the step son of the late Andrew P. Johnson. He had been a resident of the Seabrook area for the past two years. Douglas was very meticulous about housekeeping and was known for having a clean and spotless house. He also enjoyed listening and dancing to his oldies music, and spending time with friends and family. Surviving him is his son Douglas, one brother Robert Hilton Blake of Florida, five sisters Dorthea Hall of Bridgeton, Carolyn Cooper Dean of Millville, Marilyn Goodwin of Fairfield Twp., Dolphine Johnson of Bridgeton, and Andrus Johnson Greenlee of Millville, and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was predeceased by on son Douglas Williams, three brothers Charles Cooper, Donald Blake, Theodore "Teddy" Blake, and one sister Maxine Crawford
