Dianna Pierce's Obituary
Dianna Pierce, 77, of Millville passed Tuesday September 2, 2025 surrounded by her loving family at the Inspira Medical Center in Mullica Hill. She was born April 25, 1948 in Philadelphia, PA. Dianna moved to New Jersey at the age of 14 and would go on to marry the love of her life Major Pierce November 1968, they were married for over 57 years, and from this union two children were born.
Dianna worked for many years as a lab technician in various healthcare facilities, most recently at the Inspira Medical Center in Vineland, NJ before ultimately retiring to enjoy the fruits of her labor. She loved spending time with her husband and family, which included her two children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, and several god children. Dianna also enjoyed shopping and fresh summer strawberries. She enjoyed traveling and finding new restaurants to try, but she also loved cooking a home cooked meal for her family and friends. She had a passion and a talent for taking care of others and genuinely wanting to see them happy.
Dianna is survived by her loving husband Major Pierce, her daughter Kristie Lynn Pierce and son Matthew Pierce, her six grandchildren whom she loved dearly, and a host of additional great-grandchildren, godchildren, and additional extended family and friends.
Dianna was predeceased by parents Imogene Boggs along with Mamie & John Henry Matthews, whom raised her.
A memorial service to celebrate Dianna’s life will be announced and held at a later date at the Sray- Webster Funeral Home located on 62 Landis Ave. Bridgeton, NJ.
