Pat and family: I'm so sorry for your loss, Daney was my classmate, my friend and my church buddy. I will miss him dearly. I've known him for over 65 years, Pat I will surely keep you in my prayers. Love to all of you Nancy Sungenis
Daney and I became good buddies back when we both lived on Garton rd.
We were constantley pulling pranks on each other. One time he was pulled over by several Troopers when he was driving his classic vehicle and threatened that it was going to be towed and he was going to be arrested. He always thought I set him up, but I denied it. Well Daney ... yeah it was me.
By the way, the Troops let him sweat it out for a little time and then let him go.
Rest in Peace my friend, you will be missed.
I am very sad to learn of the death of Daney Davis Jr. I have had the opportunity to share many nice conversations with Daney and his lovely wife, Pat. He always was so congenial to everyone. I enjoyed the many nice moments I shared with them. He will always be remembered as a wonderful, loving human being. I especially enjoyed the mornings when we were at breakfast together during the last two or three years.
