Charles Ramseur's Obituary
Charles Ramseur 69 of Williamstown passed away on Saturday August 3, 2024 at his residence. He had been in declining health for some time.
Born in Tallahassee, Florida he was the son of the late H. Douglas Sr. and Constance (Jones) Ramseur and the husband of the late Carol Ramseur. Charles worked most of his life for the United States Postal Service as a mail sorter. In his younger years he had attended Culinary School which led to his love of cooking. He enjoyed the great outdoors and especially loved fishing at his favorite spot near the Delaware Memorial Bridge. He also loved playing and repairing video games such as Xbox and Nintendo's. He had a passion for remote control cars and working and tinkering on cars in general. He loved his dogs.
Surviving him are his stepsons Steven Bradshaw and Joseph Bradshaw, his nephews Kenneth Douglas Ramseur and Marcus Aaron Ramseur and his wife Nicole. Besides his parents he was predeceased by his brother H. Douglas Ramseur Jr. , a step daughter Stephanie Bradshaw, and his nephew Howard Derek Ramsuer.
At the request of the family, private services will be held at a later date.
