Casey Martin's Obituary
Casey Martin, 71, of Minotola passed away early Monday morning November 3, 2014 at his residence under Hospice Care.
Born in Atlanta, Georgia he was the son of the late K. C. and Lillian (nee Brown) Martin. He had been an area resident of Minotola for the past ten years.
Casey always had a passion for cooking which led him to his career as a chef. He was lastly employed with Babe’s Village Inn, in Minotola, and had previously worked for many years at the New York Inn of Vineland.
Casey is survived by his children, Casey Martin, Crystal Martin Solomon, Cynthia Martin, Ebony Martin-Griffin, Willie Bronze Martin; his two sisters, Catherine Pernell, Gwendolyn Wiggins; three brothers, Jimmy Martin, Larry Martin, and Jerry Warner; his special friend, Sandra Westcott; and his former wife, Gloria Martin Goldsboro. He is also survived by a number of grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends. He was predeceased besides his parents by two sons, Jeffrey S. Martin Sr. and Darnell Bell; a brother, James Martin and his sister, Dorothy Bryant.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday November 8, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. from the Bethel Pentecostal Church 128 South Ave. Bridgeton, NJ. A viewing will be held from 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. prior to the services at the church. Interment will be in Fernwood Memorial Park, Hopewell Twp.
