Brenda L. "Ninna" Bard's Obituary
Brenda L. Bard, "Ninna", passed away suddenly Friday April 8, 2022 at her home in Millville. Although she had been in declining health for the past 15 years, her death was unexpected. She was 61 years old.
Born in Bridgeton April 17, 1960, she was the daughter of the late John T. and Christine (Pierce) Bard. Brenda had been an area resident all of her life.
Brenda had worked several jobs in her life including Sheppard Farms, Seabrook Bros, Rocten, Santa's Best and lastly employed with Amazon. She loved cooking (especially for her grandchildren) and cleaning. She enjoyed trips to the casinos and spending time with her two canine children Joe Dirt and Eddy. She adored her family, especially the grandchildren. She was proud of her Native American heritage and was a member of the Nanticoke Lenni Lenape Indian Tribe of Bridgeton.
She leaves to cherish her memory her loving children, Temika Pierce-Bonton and husband Ronald J. Bonton, Richard Pierce Jr. and Amelia Cross, her two sisters Lucy Bard (Buddy Cuff) , Kathy Garcia, brothers John Bard Jr. (Cheryl Gilbert), and Michael Bard, her precious grandchildren Ariana Pierce and Dwight, Gianna M. Moore-Pierce, Analise R. Pierce, Kyle TJR Pierce, Ronald J. Bonton Jr., Stephan J. Pierce-Bonton, and her ex husbands Richard Pierce Sr., and Mike Garfole.
Besides her parents, she was predeceased by two sisters Cheryl A Bard, and Lisa J. Bard-Mills.
Family and friends are invited to attend funeral services on Saturday April 16, 2022 at 1:00pm from the SRAY-WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME, 62 Landis Ave. at Carll's Corner, Upper Deerfield Twp. A visitation will be held from 11:30am till 1:00pm . Burial will be in Fordville Memorial Park, Fairfield Twp.
