Beverly Steward's Obituary
Beverly Steward of Millville, passed Thursday evening January 16, 2025 at the Inspira Hospital in Vineland. She was 68 years old. Beverly was born in Millville, NJ and a lifetime resident pf the area. She was the daughter of the late Wesley Thompson Sr. and Joan L Thompson, and the wife of Emerson Steward.
Beverly loved greeting family and friends at gatherings and decorating for each upcoming holiday. She had a green thumb and enjoyed tending to her home garden, long relaxing drives gazing at both local farmland or new terrain in other areas yet to be explored, but most of all she adored time spent with family and her dog Bella.
She leaves her memory to be cherished by her husband Emerson Steward, her children, Stephanie Shields (Christopher), Dr Melissa Steward Romge (Cylis), Steven Steward (Jennifer), & Daniel Steward (Eliza), nine grandchildren Andrew, Joshua, Sophia, Matthew, Cole, Mackenzie, Jacob, Caleb, & Alinna, five siblings Jeff Thompson, Wesley Thompson, Linda T Mosley, Angela Lopez- Thompson, & Gilbert Thompson amongst a host of additional cousins, nieces, and nephews. She was predeceased by her late parents and one son Emerson Steward Jr.
Family and friends are invited to attend funeral services on Friday January 24, 2025 at 12 PM at the SRAY-WEBSTER FUNERAL HOME, 62 Landis Ave. Visitation will be held 11AM to 12PM at the funeral home with funeral services following. The Interment will be in Gouldtown Memorial Park, Fairfield Twp.
