Allen C. Davis' Obituary
Allen C. Davis of Pittsgrove passed away after an extended illness. He was the husband of Carol A. Davis and devoted father to Meagan, (who missed being born on his birthday by one day), Amy, & Von, whom he shared the same birthday with. He was looking forward to his son's upcoming marriage to Christina Ragone and his absence will be difficult. Allen was also survived by Bob Garrett, who was like a son to him & Bob told everyone that Allen was his Pop too, as well Ross Paparone that cared for & treated him like family after Allen's health further declined. Allen predeceased his grandson Ryan, grandson Anthony (wife Nichole), grandson Tim (fiancee' Rachael) & granddaughter Emily. Allen also is survived by his great grandchildren Axl & Teddy, and leaves behind his beloved cat Roger.
Allen will be remembered for his passion of cigarette smoking, his sense of humor & Dad jokes, a collection of hats & a love of drums & rock n' roll. He also enjoyed his fishing trips to Ocean City & Meagan made it possible that he got there one last time for a round of Manco & Manco pizza, fries, & people watching.
Private services for immediate family will be officiated by Pastor Walt Kellen & held at Friendship Finley United Methodist Church.
